What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
- Resume Screening & Interview Coordination: Review applications, pre-screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Candidate Engagement: Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain positive engagement.
- Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment data and reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Who Can Apply (Qualifications):
- Educational Background: Any Graduate, MBA (HR) candidates, or Final-year Students. Freshers are very welcome to apply!
- Communication Skills: Must possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
