Job SummaryThe Plumbing Supervisor oversees, coordinates, and schedules the daily activities of the plumbing team. This role ensures all installations, repairs, and maintenance work meet safety codes, quality standards, and project deadlines.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Teams: Lead, train, and evaluate plumbers and apprentices.
- Project Scheduling: Assign daily tasks and manage workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure code compliance.
- Blueprint Reading: Review blueprints and schematics to plan layouts.
- Material Management: Order supplies and manage inventory budgets.
- Safety Enforcement: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and site safety rules.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex plumbing issues and system failures.
- Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for project updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber license.
- Experience: 5+ years of plumbing experience; 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial and residential plumbing codes.
- Leadership: Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written reporting skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
