About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our premium chocolate brand. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales, excellent relationship‑building skills, and a passion for creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and corporate clients across regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
- Drive corporate sales initiatives, including gifting, events, and institutional tie‑ups.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and brand activations.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Lead and mentor sales executives or interns to achieve team objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in FMCG sales/business development (chocolates, confectionery, or food industry preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
