We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about guiding students, building relationships, and helping them make informed career decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and the admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment journey.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Qualifications
- Plus Two (+2) / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in academic counseling, admissions, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge.
