- Inspect facilities and analyse operational data
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory
standards
- Compile estimates for technical and material
requirements for project development
- Determine and present estimates of operational
costs
- Evaluate operations and processes
- Suggest process and technical design changes to
improve performance and efficiency
- Test material and structural integrity
- Coordinate with Structural Engineer, Architect,
Vendors and Contractors
- Prepare proposal documents and presentations
- Compile and present reports explaining project
details to non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, compliance with design
specifications, safety standards and report to HO on
daily basis
- Collaborate with management to align activities
with desired business outcomes
Minor Tasks:
- Planning and co-ordination activity
- Co-ordinate with vendors and contractors on time
- Create work schedules and adjust as needed to
meet project deadlines
- Maintain detailed documentation of all site
engineering activities

Report all the issues to the HO on Daily Basis
Create graphical representations (BAR CHART) of
proposed solutions
7. Eligibility criteria: Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction,
building
- 5 to 10 year’s experience in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology,
building, construction, warehouse construction (PEB
Shed) and design
- Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex
problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and project management
skills
- Active listening and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
