We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer (Fresher / 0–3 years experience) to join our design team. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to create visually appealing designs that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing graphics for various digital and marketing needs (social media, websites, branding materials, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and management teams.
- Understand client requirements and deliver creative designs that match their vision.
- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and originality.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Receive and implement feedback from team members and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in graphic design are a plus.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs.
- Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and openness to feedback.
