Position: Interior Design Intermediate Associate/ Intermediate Sales Designer
Purpose: Contribute to the design and execution of luxury furniture projects by supporting senior designers, managing project deliverables, and ensuring design excellence aligned with WITHIN’s brand values. The role bridges creative vision with technical precision, enhancing client satisfaction and reinforcing the brand’s reputation for premium design experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers on concept development and design presentations
- Prepare detailed drawings and mood boards to communicate design intent
- Source and select materials and finishes for furniture projects consistent with luxury standards
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
- Assist in project documentation including BOQs, specifications, and schedules
- Support client meetings by preparing presentations and addressing design queries
- Maintain organized project files and ensure accurate updates to design documentation
- Work closely with the procurement and project management teams to align design execution with budgets and timelines
- Stay updated on design trends, sustainability practices, and innovative solutions relevant to luxury interiors
KPIs:
- Accuracy and timeliness of design documentation
- Quality and creativity of design deliverables (drawings, presentations, mood boards)
- Vendor coordination efficiency and adherence to timelines
- Client satisfaction scores on design presentations and project outcomes
- Compliance with brand standards and design guidelines
- Contribution to project delivery within budget and schedule
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Additional certification in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop) preferred
Experience:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in luxury residential or retail projects
- Proven track record of working on design documentation and execution phases
- Experience in vendor coordination and client-facing presentations
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
