Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, promote our software services, and support business growth. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Present and promote software development and digital solutions to prospective customers.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Candidates residing in Sindhudurg or Goa, or willing to relocate, are preferred.
