Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced VMC Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Bhosari, pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise programs and ensuring the smooth operation of Vertical Machining Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit programs for VMC machines .
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters to optimize production.
- Perform machine setting and operate the VMC to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Perform quality checks on finished parts using measuring instruments.
- Ensure machine maintenance and shop floor safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a VMC Programmer/Operator.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of tooling and machining processes.
