Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and programs. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ requirements, providing accurate course information, addressing queries, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and prospective learners regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and requirements.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries from prospective students.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain course structure, admission procedures, fee details, and available facilities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure timely admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/ERP systems.
- Address student and parent queries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and marketing teams for smooth enrolment.
- Participate in counselling sessions, seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the counselling and admission process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in counselling/sales will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, educational sales, admissions, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management systems.
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents over phone and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
