Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with strong academic background can apply)
Education: M.Sc. in relevant subject + B.Ed. (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality academic sessions for NEET and Foundation programs.
- Clarify doubts and mentor students to excel in competitive examinations.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual academic support where needed.
- Participate in academic planning, parent meetings, and faculty development programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Familiarity with NEET/JEE syllabus and exam pattern.
- Experience in coaching institutions or CBSE senior secondary level is an advantage.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across different learning levels.
