About the Role
Medisim VR is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution across office, lab, and field activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple operational functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and facilities.
Asset Management
- Maintain and update asset registers for office and lab equipment.
- Track asset allocation, transfers, repairs.
- Manage demo kits and ensure proper inventory records.
Process Management
- Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and records.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational compliance.
- Ensure accurate documentation of operational activities and deployments.
Travel Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate employee travel requests and approvals.
- Book flights, hotels, and local transportation within budget.
- Maintain travel records, expense documentation, and reimbursement tracking.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, installations, and services.
- Follow up on timelines, payments, and issue resolution.
- Obtain quotations and support purchase processes.
Cost Management
- Track operational expenses, reimbursements, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Maintain expense records and support budget monitoring.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and documentation.
Lab Deployment & Operations
- Support VR lab deployment activities, installations, and setup coordination.
- Track deployment progress and maintain installation documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and maintenance.
- Support ongoing operations of deployed labs and ensure timely service coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred
- Experience working with vendors, travel coordination, or asset management.
- Exposure to startup environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English.
