- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the concerned doctor.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed (Nursing Staff).
- Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (Paramedical Staff).
- Operate and maintain medical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety guidelines.
- Educate patients and their attendants on treatment and post-care instructions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate assistance.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Authority or Hospital Management.
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
