Job Summary
Sliceinn is hiring a Central Quality & Maintenance Manager to lead cleanliness and maintenance standards across 25+ boutique guesthouses.
This role is for someone who takes pride in high standards, attention to detail, and solving on-ground operational gaps. You will work across multiple properties to ensure every guest experiences a clean, well-maintained, and consistent stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas across properties
- Ensure all properties meet defined cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Create and implement SOPs for cleaning, deep cleaning, and room readiness
- Set up and manage a system to track and resolve maintenance issues
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance
- Train housekeeping and on-ground staff to improve execution quality
- Work with property managers to improve performance and accountability
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality operations, or facility management
- Experience handling multiple properties or cluster operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with field work and property visits
- Ability to manage teams and vendors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
