We are looking for a motivated Level 1 E-Learning Designer to support the creation of engaging and visually appealing digital learning content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, basic instructional design knowledge, and proficiency in multimedia development tools.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and format e-learning content, presentations, and training materials. Create and edit graphics, images, and visual assets for learning modules. Record and edit screen capture videos and simple training videos. Convert storyboards and source content into learner-friendly digital courses. Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and design standards. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to update and maintain learning content.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Camtasia for screen recording and video editing. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and image editing. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional learning presentations. Basic understanding of e-learning development and instructional design principles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Basic video editing and multimedia production experience. Experience: 1–2 years in e-learning, instructional design, multimedia design, or a related field.
