Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Load Booking, Freight Brokerage, or Logistics Operations
- Hands-on experience booking loads through DAT, Truckstop, PCS, or similar freight platforms
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication with brokers, carriers, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple loads while maintaining accuracy
- Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and transportation management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Source and book profitable freight loads
- Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers
- Coordinate load details with dispatch and operations teams
- Maintain accurate load records and booking documentation
- Ensure timely confirmations and effective communication
- Build and maintain long-term broker relationships
- Meet daily booking targets while maximizing profitability

Only candidates with prior hands-on experience in Load Booking, Freight Brokerage, or Logistics Operations and familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, PCS, or similar load boards should apply.
