Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Supporting the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Managing employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRMS and preparing periodic HR reports.

Preparing HR documents such as appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other official correspondence.

Coordinating with payroll for employee attendance, leave management, and salary processing.

Handling employee grievances, ensuring prompt resolution, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture.

Assisting in performance management activities such as appraisals and employee feedback sessions.

Organising employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR standards.

Preparing meeting agendas, organising HR meetings, and documenting minutes.

Supporting finance-related HR tasks such as payroll accounting, reimbursements, and maintaining employee financial records.

MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in HR operations or a similar administrative role.

Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and employment regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS or HR software systems.
