Job Summary
The Executive to Director will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
- Record meeting minutes and track action items.
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Draft professional letters, emails, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Director and various departments.
- Follow up with department heads on assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, vendors, universities, and government authorities when required.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- Monitor task completion and provide regular updates to the Director.
- Organize official meetings, conferences, and events.
- Ensure timely documentation and approvals.
Operational Support
- Assist the Director in strategic planning and execution of institutional initiatives.
- Track institutional projects and monitor progress.
- Coordinate policy implementation across departments.
- Support accreditation, compliance, and audit-related documentation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports.
- Maintain meeting records and follow-up trackers.
- Compile departmental reports for management review.
- Ensure timely submission of reports from various departments.
Other Responsibilities
- Assist in special projects assigned by the Director.
- Coordinate institutional events and management meetings.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹35,000.27 - ₹45,032.78 per month
