Curriculum Contribution:
Actively curate, develop, and enhance content in line with industry standards and learning objectives.
Gather feedback from users, subject matter experts, and internal teams to refine content, ensuring clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
Align content with user feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure content clarity and logical structure, adapting communication style based on audience proficiency.

Collaboration and Guidance:
Work closely with the content team and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of the content.
Mentor and guide interns, ensuring they effectively contribute to the curriculum development process and understand the standards and guidelines.

Ensure all content adheres to the company's quality standards, including technical accuracy, presentation aesthetics, and consistency.
Deliver tasks within set deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience.
Strong foundational knowledge in Fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python) & MERN stack.
Passion for helping others succeed.
Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of students.
Excellent communication skills for effective feedback delivery.
Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Have experience on new age tools such as Chat GPT to help optimize the process.
