Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival with a professional greeting.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, including guest details, billing, and reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the front desk area and lobby presentation.
- Assist guests with luggage coordination (if required).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts.
- Follow SOPs and hotel policies strictly.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred).
- Presentable and well-groomed personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (PMS knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hotel/front office experience preferred (fresher's can apply).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
