Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of dental clinics.
- Lead and supervise clinic staff.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and smooth clinic workflow.
- Monitor clinic performance, revenue, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain SOPs, inventory, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and management for efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in dental/healthcare operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in multi-clinic operations is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
