Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire projects through Upwork
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Prepare and submit compelling project proposals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
4 -5 years of experience in Business Development
Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
