About the Role:
Travancore Tubes is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales staff, and internal departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, orders, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and update sales-related data in the company's system-Tally.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Relation/ Sales Coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word & Tally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Candidates with experience in trading plumbing materials will be preferred.
- Candidates who are native/residents of Thiruvananthapuram are preferred.
