Your work profile
- SAP Program Test Manager role will be architecting the testing phases
- Strategize long term testing objectives of the program – defines test phases, strategize test data management, strategize test Automation
- Defining the overall testing approach, creating test plans, setting quality standards, and coordinating testing efforts across various project teams.
- Define the testing process to be followed for the program – with Shell TCOE policies as guard rails
- Define Toolset landscape and strategy – For nuCleus as well there is a migration from ALM to qTest Test Management envisioned.
- Define ways of working for each testing phase – that fulfils the process earlier defined
- Enable the Functional Analysts on the ways of working, tools training and usage
- Create a working group involving all stakeholders/ functions – Conduct weekly check ins with - Business, Solution, Data, Deploy, Planning and ERP teams
- Able to clearly articulate risks & support in issue resolution
- Effectively communicate testing status & progress with senior stakeholders
- Responsible for resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of testing tools and frameworks, and monitoring progress to meet program objectives and deadlines
- Collaborate closely with project managers, development teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to align testing activities with program goals and priorities.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, effective communication, and extensive experience in testing methodologies and SAP platforms are essential for this role.
- Previous experience in program test management or a similar leadership position is required
- Knowledge and experience of managing delivery of all components of testing – Strategy, Approach, Planning, Scripting, Execution and Defect Management
- Experience of managing delivery of all phases of testing (functional, performance, automation and regression)
- Experience of using TOSCA Tricentis for automation is desirable

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
