Recrutifi is hiring on behalf of a reputed US healthcare services organization for the role of Credentialing Specialist / Hospital Credentialing Specialist. We are looking for candidates with experience in US healthcare credentialing who can manage end-to-end provider enrollment and hospital privileging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Credentialing Specialist:
- Handle end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing
- Process enrollments with insurance payers
- Maintain accurate provider records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations
- Follow up on application status and approvals
Hospital Credentialing Specialist:
- Manage hospital privileging and credentialing processes
- Coordinate with providers and hospitals for required documentation
- Maintain credentialing databases and records
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and guidelines
- Track expirations, renewals, and updates
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in US Healthcare Credentialing
- Good communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to ₹50,000 per month (based on interview performance)
- 5 Days working
- 12 Casual Leaves + Public Holidays
- Professional Tax (PT) applicable
