Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager / PPC Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads Manager duties and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to lead paid marketing strategy for our eCommerce marketing and lead generation clients. This role requires a hands-on Media Buyer who can manage high-performing SEM and social ad campaigns, lead a marketing team, and confidently communicate with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads / Facebook Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and scale paid advertising and paid media campaigns for eCommerce stores and lead generation businesses as a Digital Marketing Manager
- Lead, guide, and manage the in-house marketing team as Marketing Team Lead, ensuring timely execution and strong campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics as part of ongoing SEM and social media advertising optimization
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Liaise directly with international clients, presenting strategies, reporting results, and handling client communication
- Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital advertising, PPC, and performance marketing
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or digital advertising
- Proven expertise as a Google Ads Manager and Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, including SEM and paid social campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing eCommerce stores (Shopify/WooCommerce or similar) and lead generation campaigns
- Experience leading or managing a marketing team
- Excellent English communication skills, with confidence speaking to international clients
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Google Ads certification / Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
