Project Name - Dubai Walk
Site Location: Delhi - Amritsar National Highway (On-site)
We are looking for a Project Architect to lead the architectural execution and on-site coordination of our commercial project, Dubai Walk. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between design, execution, contractors, consultants, and vendors while delivering the project within timelines and quality standards.
Role & responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end architectural execution at the project site.
- Ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and daily site progress.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively
Design & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
- Review and implement architectural drawings and design revisions.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain execution standards.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project drawings, BOQs, approvals and site documentation.
- Prepare weekly project progress reports.
- Track design changes and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
2. 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial or retail projects.
3. Experience in on-site project execution and consultant coordination.
4. Willingness to work full-time on-site at the project location.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
