Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and support tickets.
- Assist users with account-related issues, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and trading support.
- Provide accurate information regarding cryptocurrency transactions and platform services.
- Escalate technical or security-related issues to the relevant teams.
- Monitor and report recurring customer issues and feedback.
- Educate customers about platform features, security practices, and trading processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange or fintech company.
- Good understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, wallets, and trading concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and calmly.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
