Cash flow management:
- Manage relationships with key finance POCs at major clients.
- Reconcile and match ledgers of key retail partners to ensure payables remain in check.
- Drive compliance and payment monitoring of third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. and match with internal number.
Finance & Accounting Foundation:
- Manage books of accounts as per proper accounting standards.
- Ensure proper compliance and filing of GST, TDS, and other mandatories including. PF, ESIC, etc.
Other:
- Create a finance and performance MIS dashboard for periodic discussions with the management.
- Liaise with vendor partners to improve supply / RM costs, to drive improvements in margin.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- ~8-10 years of relevant experience in book-keeping and accounting (Required)
- Strong, working knowledge of Tally (Required).
- Strong experience in building client relationships to ensure timely payments / collections, ledger reconciliations, and control (Required)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, returns filing.
- Confident with handling, structuring, and interpreting data.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
