Trainee Engineer – Networking & IT Support
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are interested in building a career in IT support, computer networking, and enterprise technology systems.
Selected candidates will undergo a 45-day practical training programme and receive the opportunity to work alongside our technical team on live commercial projects. This position is ideal for candidates who want to gain real-world exposure beyond classroom-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and configuration of computer networks and IT systems
- Support the setup of routers, switches, wireless access points, servers, CCTV network and related equipment
- Help troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and user-support issues
- Assist with structured cabling, device installation, testing, and documentation
- Support the technical team during site visits and project implementation
- Maintain records of equipment, configurations, IP addresses, and service activities
- Learn and follow professional standards for enterprise-level networking and IT support
- Provide basic technical assistance to customers and internal users
Training Exposure
During the training period, candidates will gain practical exposure to:
- Commercial and enterprise-level networking systems
- Enterprise level CCTV Systems
- Home automation systems
- Routers, managed switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi networks, and internet gateways
- IT hardware and software troubleshooting
- Network cabling, testing, and documentation
- CCTV, network security, servers, and other connected systems
- Live project execution and on-site technical support
- Customer interaction and professional service procedures
Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates or diploma holders interested in networking and IT support
- Basic understanding of computers, networking, or IT hardware is preferred
- Strong interest in learning new technologies
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in site visits and hands-on technical work
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team
- Candidates with practical knowledge or networking certifications will have an added advantage

- Compensation: Stipend will be provided during the training period
