We are seeking a Montessori Elementary trained educator who:
- Holds a recognized Montessori Elementary certification (AMI, AMS, IMTC, or equivalent)
- Has excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Is confident in interacting with parents, teachers, and children
- Can mentor and support elementary adults in implementing Montessori philosophy
- Has strong observation and classroom management skills
- Is organized, proactive, and capable of leading school operations with warmth and professionalism
- Believes in continuous learning and collaborative leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Elementary programme.
- Mentor and support classroom adults.
- Ensure authentic Montessori practices across classrooms.
- Conduct parent meetings and communicate children's progress effectively.
- Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate curriculum planning, assessments, and school events.
- Work closely with the leadership team to strengthen academic quality and school culture.
