Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced IT Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in L1/L2 Technical Support, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, and DevOps. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, excellent communication skills in English, and prior experience teaching or training in an institute or professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions on:
- L1/L2 Technical Support (Troubleshooting, Ticketing Tools, ITIL basics)
- Networking (TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, Network Security)
- Cybersecurity (Fundamentals, Threat Analysis, Best Practices)
- Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- DevOps (CI/CD, Cloud basics, Automation tools)
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and practical lab exercises
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Conduct both classroom and online training sessions
- Maintain training records and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in IT Support, Networking, Cybersecurity, and DevOps concepts
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, understandable way
- Hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT training/teaching
- Prior experience in a training institute or educational environment is mandatory
- Industry experience in IT support, networking, cybersecurity, or DevOps is preferred
Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)
- CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+)
- Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
- AWS / Azure / Google Cloud certifications
- CEH, CISSP, or other cybersecurity certifications
- DevOps-related certifications (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
