Quality Analyst – International BPO
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Shift: UK Shift (2:30pm to 11:30pm)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Quality Analyst in an International BPO.
- Hands-on experience in call auditing, call monitoring, and call editing.
- Proficient in editing software such as WavePad or similar tools.
- Excellent English communication and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Kolkata-based candidates only.
