We are hiring an energetic Head Taekwondo coach for a school-level sports academy who develops and deliver structured, high-quality training programs, managing and mentoring assistant instructors, fostering a positive and disciplined learning environment, and ensuring student safety and progress through assessment and feedback ,develops and implements curriculum, conducts progressive training sessions to build skills and physical fitness, manages student well-being and safety, and organizes participation in competitions and tournaments
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Contribute to the departmental development
- Develop and implement a robust technical standard framework and education program for coaches & Students
- Develop and share training programs with coaches
- Develop, implement & maintain a robust coach education program, embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
- Create and provide technical advice and support to the highest standard to the department
- Research and introduce new technologies for the Academies and Support the Operations and coaches to fulfil their roles
- Ensure to have inter Academy matches and workshops .
- Periodically reporting the progress of the academy students
- SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- The successful candidate should have aTrack record of delivering success as a sports coach at State & National level •
- Minimum 5 years as an active sport Taekwondo coach
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity atState level
- Knowledge and Understanding of Latest World Taekwondo sport competition rules
- Excellent understanding of domestic sport performance landscape

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
