Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Service Logistics and Depot Repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end implementations across Oracle Fusion Service and SCM modules, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Service and SCM modules.
- Design and configure Depot Repair and Service Logistics processes, including:
- RMA (Return Material Authorization) creation
- Repair Work Orders
- Parts planning, reservation, and fulfillment
- Estimates, charges, and billing
- Configure Oracle Fusion Service modules, including:
- Service Requests
- Work Orders
- Depot Repair
- Pricing & Billing for service activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SCM modules such as:
- Inventory
- Order Management (OM)
- Costing and Pricing
- Work on integrations with related modules including:
- Service Contracts
- Installed Base
- Subscription Management
- Field Service (OFSC)
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and production support
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and provide end-user training
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Service Logistics / Depot Repair
- Strong understanding of Depot Repair lifecycle processes
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations
- Expertise in SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, Costing
- Experience in returns management, spare parts handling, and service billing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment

- Experience with:
- Oracle Service Cloud / CX
- Oracle Subscription Management
- Preventive Maintenance
- Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
- Exposure to end-to-end service lifecycle processes across multiple industries
