We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, office facilities, vendor coordination, and IT asset management. The role will also support employee onboarding/offboarding and ensure smooth functioning of office-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration, supplies, inventory, and petty cash.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, events, and other office requirements.
- Manage vendors, quotations, purchases, invoices, and payment coordination.
- Coordinate housekeeping, facility maintenance, and overall office upkeep.
- Maintain monthly administrative expense records and vendor details for Finance.
- Support employee requirements and administrative activities related to onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure timely resolution of day-to-day office and facility-related issues.
- Handle other administrative responsibilities assigned by leadership.
IT & Asset Management
- Manage IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, SIM cards, accessories, and peripherals.
- Maintain an updated asset register covering allocation, movement, condition, and status.
- Manage asset allocation, handover, recovery, repair, maintenance, procurement, and disposal.
- Provide basic IT support for laptops, printers, connectivity, Google Workspace, and other office technology.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage SIM allocation, replacement, and related documentation.
- Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of IT assets.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding with IT equipment and access requirements.
- Prepare periodic asset and IT reports for management and Finance.
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Graduation in any discipline.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in administration, office management, or clerical operations.
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency with office hardware and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of accountability with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
