Job Title: Purchase Incharge

Location: Changa,Jamnagar
Experience Required: 1–3 years in a relevant role
Education: Graduate in Commerce/Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery timelines
- Negotiate rates, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Track and manage material requirement planning (MRP) based on stock and production schedules
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production departments for purchase planning
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term supply assurance
- Analyze market trends and ensure cost-effective procurement
- Handle purchase returns, replacements, and ensure quality compliance
- Follow up for pending orders and resolve delays or disputes with vendors
- Review and control purchase budgets and reduce procurement costs
- Ensure all procurement activities are done as per company policy and documentation is in order
- Prepare MIS reports related to purchase and submit them to management
- Attend daily/weekly meetings with concerned departments for procurement planning

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
