Architect – Residential Projects
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead residential projects from concept development through design and execution. The candidate should have strong architectural and technical knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop innovative and functional residential designs based on client requirements, site conditions, budget, and project objectives.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building rules, regulations, and permit requirements.
- Conduct site visits, monitor execution as per approved drawings, and provide technical solutions and clarifications to site teams.
- Review drawings, materials, finishes, and construction details to maintain design quality and standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design and execution teams for timely project completion.
- Guide and supervise junior architects and designers, ensuring quality and accuracy in all project documentation.
Requirements
- B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred).
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in residential architecture.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software.
- Strong design, technical, communication, presentation, client-handling, and project coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of local building rules and permit procedures.
- Candidates should be based in Kochi or willing to relocate before joining.
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
