We are hiring an experienced Senior ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO) Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Field Service Operations, workflows, integrations, and ServiceNow platform customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation.
- Configure ServiceNow FSO modules including Work Orders, Dispatcher Workspace, Scheduling & Dispatch, Agent Mobile App, Service Territories, and Assignment Rules.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules.
- Configure Work Order lifecycle and scheduling policies.
- Integrate FSO with ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support UAT, deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO).
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Mobile Agent, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good understanding of field service and workforce management processes.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM)
- ITIL Foundation
