About Us:
Hotel Country Inn Jalandhar, a part of Espire Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and enhance all food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain service quality standards, drive revenue growth, and lead the F&B team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, banquets, room service, and events.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service delivery standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of F&B team members.
- Control departmental costs, monitor budgets, and improve profitability.
- Coordinate with kitchen, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and guest requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel operational standards.
- Develop and implement promotional activities and strategies to increase F&B revenue.
- Monitor inventory, vendor coordination, and stock management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7–15 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest relationship abilities.
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
