Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Delivery Center, ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery activities. The role involves leading a team, monitoring operational KPIs, maintaining service quality, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch, and outbound operations.
- Lead and supervise Delivery Executives, Warehouse Executives, and Assistant Team Leads.
- Plan manpower, allocate shifts, and monitor attendance.
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery performance.
- Track key operational metrics such as TAT, productivity, quality, and shipment accuracy.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and process standards.
- Coordinate with Hub, Linehaul, First Mile, and Customer Support teams.
- Prepare daily operational reports (MIS) and maintain accurate system records.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or E-commerce Operations.
- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse and last-mile operations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and operational dashboards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
