✔ Location: Remote – India Only
✔ Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
✔ Employment Type: Full-time
✔ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
What You'll Do
✔ Resolve network incidents involving routing, switching, SD-WAN, Riverbed, F5 LTM, and enterprise connectivity.
✔ Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, WAN circuits, VPNs, Riverbed, and F5 load balancers.
✔ Perform packet analysis, root cause analysis, and implement network changes.
✔ Validate routing stability, High Availability (HA), and application traffic flow.
✔ Support incident, problem, and change management while mentoring Level 1 engineers.
What We're Looking For
✔ 2–3 years of enterprise network engineering or network operations experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, and WAN technologies.
✔ Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers & Switches, SD-WAN, Riverbed, F5 LTM, VPNs, and WAN connectivity.
✔ Strong packet analysis, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
