Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Handle courier, emails and dispatch activities.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments for visitors.
Travel Desk Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, visas, and local transportation.
- Coordinate travel itineraries for employees, management, and guests.
- Obtain travel approvals as per company policy.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors.
- Track travel expenses and maintain travel-related records.
- Ensure cost-effective travel planning and adherence to company travel policies.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office contact directories and records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support procurement of office supplies and stationery.
- Prepare reports related to travel expenses and administration activities.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, or Travel Desk operations.
- Experience in handling corporate travel bookings is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of travel booking portals and travel management processes.
- Good negotiation skills with travel vendors and agencies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
