Job Overview
We are seeking a sharp, highly persuasive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growth team. Unlike traditional recruitment, this role functions like a specialized headhunting and sales pitching position.
Your core objective will be to connect with active sales professionals currently working in the Business Loan/BFSI sector and pitch them a highly lucrative, part-time opportunity to sell top-tier financial products (such as SIDBI, Muthoot, and other premier lending partners). If you have excellent communication skills, love convincing people, and want to learn the art of high-impact headhunting, this internship is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Outbound Sourcing: Actively source contact details of active sales executives and relationship managers currently selling Business Loans, LAP, or working in the BFSI sector.
- The "Pitch" Call: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to these working professionals. Instead of a standard interview, you will pitch them the value proposition of earning massive secondary income by selling our partner products (Muthoot, SIDBI, etc.) part-time.
- Onboarding & Relationship Management: Handhold the interested professionals through our quick onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to submit leads and how their payouts work.
- Funnel Management: Maintain a clean tracker of calls made, professionals interested, and candidates successfully onboarded.
- Daily Reporting: Coordinate closely with the TA Lead to optimize the calling pitch based on field feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Final year students or recent graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any stream) with a keen interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Inside Sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in Hindi and/or English. You must be able to speak confidently, command attention, and handle objections smoothly.
- Persuasion Skills: Strong sales mindset. Since you are convincing working professionals to take up a side hustle, your pitching and negotiation skills must be top-notch.
- Persistence: High energy and resilience to handle cold calls and rejections constructively.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking data.
