About Us Urbane Group is a Pune-based real estate developer with 15+ years of experience and 3 million + sq. ft. delivered. Our portfolio spans residential apartments, premium commercial spaces, and plotted developments across Sinhagad Road and Khadakwasla — with 1,500+ happy families and 5 million sq. ft. under development.
The Role We're looking for a sharp, self-driven sales professional who can sell and lease across asset classes — residential, commercial, industrial, and plots. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from lead to closure, across our active project portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales and leasing for residential, commercial, industrial, and plotting inventory
- Handle site visits, client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and manage channel partner and broker relationships in Pune
- Generate leads through referrals, portals, CPs, and direct outreach
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and follow-up discipline in CRM
- Stay sharp on market pricing, competition, and micro-market trends
What We Need
- 3–4 years of real estate sales experience in Pune
- Proven track record across residential, commercial, industrial, and plotting segments — both selling and leasing
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
- Familiarity with RERA compliance, documentation, and booking processes
- CRM proficiency; self-managed and target-oriented
