Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting processes, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in financial management to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
Accounts & Compliance
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings.
- Handle bank reconciliations and financial audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies.
Budgeting & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Develop and implement financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Cash Flow Management.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Accounting Software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- CA Inter / M.Com qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts Management.
- Experience in retail, textile, fashion, or manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
