1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
2. Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring as per business needs.
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Support payroll processing, statutory compliance, and documentation related to HR operations.
5. Handle employee engagement, communication, and grievance redressal activities.
6. Assist in performance management processes including appraisal coordination and feedback tracking.
7. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
8. Support training, development, and onboarding programs for new employees.
9. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
Pay: ₹10,857.16 - ₹18,000.00 per month
