We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to handle end-to-end tendering processes for projects related to Audio Video solutions, security systems, and automation.
The role involves searching and identifying relevant tenders from various government and private portals, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining tender records, documentation, and follow-ups.
Applicants should have experience in handling GeM (Government e-Marketplace), e-tender portals, and documentation processes. Good knowledge of Excel, documentation, compliance requirements, and bid preparation is essential. Prior experience in AV, electrical, IT, or infrastructure tendering will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work under deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills are required for interacting with internal teams and external authorities.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, and candidates must be willing to work from the office.
Pay: ₹9,780.34 - ₹33,258.91 per month
