Job Summary
Ideally, System Engineer candidates should have:
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience on the mechanical domains.
- At least 3 years of medical equipment experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in system engineering activities
Key Responsibilities
Delivering technical guidance to the team, requirements development, ensuring traceability and flow down of requirements, system design and analysis, FMEA, and developing System Verification and Validation test procedures, and providing support to manufacturing and field issues for ambiguous and multi-disciplinary topics. Providing domain expertise to serve as the main integrator between the different Hardware and Software functions to deliver the best high-quality product Leading engineering design team in technical design reviews and design test strategy definition, technical risk analysis, and defect assessments. Broad exposure to HW/SW/Systems design, and technical depth in one or more engineering disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, etc) Knowledge on Standards like IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-2, etc. Demonstrated ability to make recommendations to technical and program leadership to improve the product, process or technology Effective communication skills and boundaryless behavior—ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to pursue tasks to completion. Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks. Experience in design & development of system/subsystem and creation of conceptual designs in Creo. Proficient in Creo CAD software (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing, and Assembly) Hands on experience in plastic design and manufacturing. Demonstrated hands‑on expertise in mechanical part/component design and assemblies for medical devices adhering to regulatory requirements, and internal specifications., including prototype development, supplier collaboration, and iterative design refinement Experience in design & development of system/subsystem and electro
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Proficiency In Disposable Plastic Design, Including Knowledge Of Materials, Manufacturing Processes, And Sustainability Considerations.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Cad Software And Its Application In Product Design.
3. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Influence Stakeholders And Articulate Design Vision.
4. Solid Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Experience In Creating Designs That Prioritize User Experience.
5. Medical device system engineering experience
