Big Bakers is a growing bakery and snack manufacturing & distribution company supplying breads, bakery products, and snacks through direct route sales and agency distribution. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations & Sales Head who can take ownership of sales growth, improve daily operations, and help scale the business.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Increase sales across existing routes and territories
Visit retailers, supermarkets, distributors, and potential customers regularly
Add new retailers and expand market coverage
Identify and develop agency and wholesale opportunities
Revive inactive customers and improve retailer relationships
Plan and execute sales growth strategies
Monitor route-wise sales performance
Operations Management
Supervise drivers, route sales staff, and agency operations
Coordinate dispatch and daily field activities
Monitor stock movement, returns, and expiry management
Ensure smooth communication between production, dispatch, and sales teams
Review daily collections and sales reports
Improve operational efficiency and execution
Team Management
Lead and motivate drivers and sales staff
Set targets and monitor performance
Ensure route discipline and accountability
Conduct regular field visits with the team
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in bakery, FMCG, snacks, food distribution, or route sales
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mangalore, Karnataka (Mangalore)
